The Energy Rating Report (138 KB) : April 2008 -- Results were surprisingly positive after reading the preliminary report. The structure is only 4 points away from qualifying to earn an Energy Star rating (if that were available to an existing structure). And while the insulation product itself is less than desirable at this time, the building is tight enough as is to update other things first... this is rather unusual in that insulation is normally the first thing a homeowner should correct.
